Performance is rewarded
We run a performance-based incentive system designed to reward crews for completing work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Each job has a clear timeframe and expectations before the crew starts. When the job is completed within that timeframe and meets our quality standards, eligible team members can earn an additional performance bonus.
Efficiency
Planning the job properly and using the allocated time well.
Quality
Finishing the frame properly, not rushing through defects.
Responsibility
Taking ownership of the work and fixing problems before they become someone else's problem.
