Coastal Construction started with a ute, a nail gun and a handful of jobs. Today we run multiple framing crews across Adelaide and regional South Australia, with plans to keep growing without losing the standards that got us here.
Our story
Framing and first fix specialists, not generalists.
We specialise in framing and first fix carpentry — wall frames, floor systems, roof structures and the carpentry that supports them. It's what we do every day, and we build our systems, crews and training around doing it well.
We're a young team and we're continuing to grow. We put a lot of value on developing people from within, giving apprentices responsibility as they improve and creating a genuine path into leading hand and crew leader positions.
How we work
Do it once, do it right
Set out properly and checked as we go. Getting the frame right makes life easier for every trade that follows.
Look after the crew
Above award pay, clear expectations, organised jobs and the equipment to do the work properly. We want good people to enjoy turning up and stay with us as we grow.
Grow our own
We like developing people from within. Apprentices who show ability and take responsibility have a genuine pathway into leading hand and crew leader positions.
Respect the site
We clean as we go and keep our work areas organised because a tidy site is a safer site. When we're done, the job is left clean, safe and ready for the trades that follow.
